We would like to introduce our "Disaster Prevention Community Center." During normal times, it can serve as a local disaster prevention center, community center, clinic, or administrative branch office. In times of disaster, it can be utilized as a base for relief activities in neighboring affected areas and for rescue operations using disaster prevention helicopters and Self-Defense Force helicopters. While a hoist rescue takes 10 minutes for one person, with a helipad, we can rescue 10 people in just 1 minute.
